Diversified Development Group
John Brelsford is president and owner of Diversified Development Group, a real estate development corporation he started in 1979. The company has since developed in excess of 4.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial real estate projects from Turlock to Bakersfield.
Prior to DDG, Brelsford partnered with Charles Tingey to found Charles Tingey Associates in 1971. He helped the company become a major Central California brokerage firm with 85 employees.
Brelsford received his bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from UC-Davis and his master’s in business administration from California State University, Fresno.
