As CEO, Scharton has directed the development of CVBI’s two new facilities housing staff and on-site members – the Claude Laval WET Incubator and the mixed-use Launching Pad. He is directly involved in managing the fiscal health of CVBI, consults with members in one-on-one training and assists staff in the planning and implementation of Business Planning course.

Anna Borgeas

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Borgeas helps to coordinate fund development and synchronize overall organizational operations. She works out of CVBI’s mixed-use Launching Pad at Cedar and Shaw avenues.

WET Incubator Program Director

He directly oversees all operations related to the WET Incubator and lends support and expertise to CVBI's members.

Travis Sheridan

Member Services Director

Sheridan coaches and consults with incubator members on a wide array of business topics including marketing, finance, accounting and strategy. He also leads the Business Planning course that takes entrepreneurs from idea to incorporation.

Annabel Smith

Administrative Manager

Her duties include accounts receivable and payable, human resources, contract reporting, reception and overseeing general office procedures.

Lori Lozano

Lead Administrative Assistant

Her duties include assisting CVBI's administrative manager and overseeing the day-to-day operations at both CVBI's mixed-use Launching Pad and the WET Incubator.

Donald Mulvey

Network Administrator

Mulvey is charged with keeping all technology elements of the Launching Pad and the WET Incubator running smoothly. He also provides technical advice and support to on-site members.

Tori Randolph

Public Relations Coordinator

Tori Randolph began as the public relations intern at CVBI in January 2008. She is currently a senior at Fresno State majoring in mass communication and journalism with an emphasis in public relations.

Maria Glover

Administrative Assistant
