Bill Myers joined CVBI's Board of Directors in January 2007. He is enthusiastic about CVBI being a place where entrepreneurs can receive guidance in starting a business.
Myers, who started five companies from scratch, supports entrepreneurship because of the global implications and effects arising from successful entrepreneur companies.
Myers is involved in a number of community groups and devotes time to mentoring students at the Lyles Center and counseling pre-marital couples at his church. He is also a SCORE consultant, chaplain for the Fresno County Sheriff's Department and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Lyles Center.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, Myers received his MBA in finance and bachelor’s in economics. He is married to his wife Caren, who is the general manager of Fresno Lexus. He enjoys researching, reading, playing golf, dominoes, gin rummy and backgammon.
