Bill Barcus of Sebastian Enterprises – the parent company of Kerman Telephone Co. and and KerTel Communications – has been on CVBI’s Board of Directors for seven years and currently serves on its audit and finance committee. He looks forward to helping CVBI increase the number of entrepreneurs and small businesses it helps.
Barcus received his bachelor’s in business administration/accounting from Cal Poly and J.D. from the University of San Diego.
