Expanding Support for Entrepreneurs

Written By Craig Scharton

The staff and Board at CVBI have been working to expand our support for entrepreneurs. Our Entrepreneurial Training Process (ETP) classes have been receiving rave reviews from participants for years (the next ETP class starts Sept. 18). Now, we are adding a variety of single-session seminars that introduce crucial business fundamentals to our menu of services.

These seminars will be focused on topics that will increase the skills and knowledge of Central Valley entrepreneurs. We also want to keep these courses fun and engaging. Part of our goal will be to have an interesting variety of courses. We will do our best to keep our costs as low as possible, knowing that many of our entrepreneurs are just starting to make the transition from salary to self-employment.

If you have an idea for a topic that would be beneficial, or if you would like to present a seminar to area entrepreneurs, please give us a call or e-mail us. Our classroom is comfortable, flexible and has the latest technology.

We look forward to hearing from you.
