Mulvey is charged with keeping all technology elements of the Launching Pad and the WET Incubator running smoothly. He also provides technical advice and support to on-site members.

For the last three years, Mulvey has been employed by California State University, Fresno, to do end-user support for administrative staff. He has also worked as a consultant for businesses and individuals.

Mulvey attended the College of the Redwoods and later transferred to Fresno State, where he majored in business information systems.
