Her duties include accounts receivable and payable, human resources, contract reporting, reception and overseeing general office procedures.

Before joining CVBI’s staff, Smith worked as a business retention specialist at Workforce Connection, where she developed monitoring tools for the maintenance of caseloads. She tracked employment placements and contracts and assisted in the updates of online job customers.

Smith has also worked as an accounting clerk and customer service representative for Vendor Payment Services and as a data transcriber for the IRS.

Smith is married to Corey and has three children: Franky, Jason and Charizma. She enjoys solving puzzles in her spare time.
