Frazier Realty
Born and raised in Oakland, Calif., Terence Frazier came to Fresno in 1987 to attend California State University, Fresno. After receiving his bachelor’s in business, he formed Frazier Realty in 1995.
In addition to his business, Frazier is actively involved in the community and in sports. He was voted Fresno State’s Outstanding Baseball Player in 1992, has played for the Oakland A’s and has coached various high school all-star teams since then. On behalf of his philanthropic efforts, Jan. 7, 2005 was named “Frazier Realty and Investments Day” by Fresno Mayor Alan Autry.
Frazier is also a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Lions Club.
