This seminar will focus on basic legal issues that confront business owners on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to entity formation, landlord/tenant relations, employment issues and general contracts. Included in the discussion are “nuts and bolts” issues that business owners should be aware of when doing business, as well as “legal landmines” that commonly create havoc for business owners. The goal is for business owners to leave with the ability to recognize when it may be advisable to consult legal counsel.
