This seminar will take participants from the beginning set-up of the chart of accounts to creating the first set of financial statements. The presenter will utilize the Quick Books accounting software and demonstrate the basics of the program with discussions on how to best organize the bookkeeping function. In addition, the processes of creating invoices, cash sales, entering and paying bills, entering receipts, making deposits, reconciling bank accounts, and creating and printing financial statements will be covered.
